Beth and I went on a snowboarding holiday in Banff and stayed in a posh hotel! Unfortunately it only took Beth a few trips down the hill to bust her wrist, thus cutting short the snowboarding part of our plan. Oh well, thems the breaks! Instead we enjoyed our time at the spa and drinking Canadian whiskey. Nothing wrong with that, I reckon! Banff is an amazing place as you can see by the photos. The Banff Springs Hotel--which we highly recommend--is simply fantastic. Go there immediately. On the inside you're surrounded by surprisingly affordable luxury. On the outside you're surrounded by the stunning Canadian Rockies. Who could ask for anything more?
